I got a box with several axe products as a gift. The box itself looked nice and I keeped it until I stumbled over it and had some spare time. So I simply build an Axe-lamp.


This is the result.


The front side with activated light.


The back side with activated light. I just drilled a little hole into the plastik to get the power line though.

As you can see it's only a to metal plates and thin red colored plastic. A light ball would have been to hot and melt down the lamp within a few minutes, so I used this. Later on I should insert a LED base light ball, which save energy and isn't getting that warm.


Just a top down view inside. As you can see it's quite simple to make trash light up!
